your detail is send to us in an encrypted form that we alone can see,
your card will only be charged once the consignment is packed and on it's way.
No part of your credit card details will ever be stored on our computer.

We are wholesalers and prices on this website is already discounted to the wholesale price. We have a minimum order of R100 excluding VAT. If you order less than R100 you will be charged a low order fee of R50 until the amount of R100 is reached.

Payment may be made by direct bank transfer within 7days after placement of order or by using our credit card payment gateway at the checkout page. Your card detail will be send to us in an encrypted form. The banking detail will be send to you once the order is packed and then you have 7days to pay the order.

After 7 days your order will be cancelled if no payment has been received. After the second time of non-payment you will be removed from our client list.

No orders will be sent without payment.

Items will be send by insured registered South African Post Office mail or by Speedpost, you will be able to choose your preference during checkout, please check out the shipping and returns page for all our shipping options. There is no Priority speed post mail for overseas buyers.

All prices are in South African Rand inclusive of VAT. A VAT invoice will be send with the parcel. Overseas buyers do not pay VAT, we will deduct the VAT when the order is placed and send you a new total.

Any parcel that is exported out of South Africa will not pay any VAT. The VAT tax of 14% will be deducted from the invoice before your card is charged. The VAT will still show at checkout but we will deduct it after the order is placed.

You can use the EFT option at the checkout. This option will allow you 7 days for payment. We will send you the banking details after the order is taken out.
